Tummy-busting Teaser....

A valiant attempt at the tortuous Teaser was made by all at this mornings Pilates class. As well as being a great exercise in its own right it is a barometer for core strength.

As you can see everyone was still smiling at the end of the class in which we progressed in manageable stages up to the Teaser itself.

The picture also shows to good effect how well the Valley End Institute hall lends itself to social distancing. We were 12 strong today but given the hall size of 16.51m by 8.34m we could comfortably accommodate up to 16 students.
